August 26th – Return to school for all classes.
Doors open at 8.45 am. Class starts at 9 am.
Junior Infants will finish their day at 12 noon, Senior Infants will finish at 1:40 pm, and all other classes will conclude at 2:40 pm.
September 1st – Annagh Before/After Pals begins. More details to follow.
September 8th – The Junior Infant Day is extended to 1.40 pm.
September 11th – Swimming. 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th class lessons begin at 10.15 am for 7 weeks.
September 23rd – Cross Country in Knock, Kilrush starting at 11 am.
October 6th – Performance from Branar Theatre Company for 3rd – 6th classes.
October 24th – Halloween Fancy Dress Up Day
October 27th – 31st – Mid-Term Break. Return to school on Nov 3rd.
November 4th – Whole School Closure. Whole School Professional Learning Day. Child Protection Procedures.
November 12th – Parent/Teacher Meetings. Slots will be made available via Aladdin.
November 18th – School Cross Country Final, Lees Road, Ennis. (More details to follow)
December 5th – Non-Uniform Day in aid of KIB Senior Citizens
December 12th – Christmas Concert (More details to follow)
December 19th – School will close for Christmas at 11.40 am
December 22nd – January 2nd, 2026 – Christmas Holidays. Return to school on January 5th
January 15th – Swimming Lessons begin for 1st and 2nd class for 8 weeks at 11am
January 26th – School Closure. Day 1 Primary Curriculum Framework.
January 28th – Open Evening 6 to 7 pm for all new pupils
Feb 2nd – Bank Holiday (Closed)
Feb 10th – Safer Internet Day
Feb 13th to 18th – Annagh NS will hold a STEAM Fair (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) in the school hall for pupils.
Feb 16th – Basketball Tournament in Kilmihil for senior classes
Feb 18th – STEAM Open Evening for Parents 6 – 7 pm
Feb 19th & 20th – Mid-Term Break. Return to school on Feb 23rd
Feb 26th – Mini Sevens Competition Senior girls
Feb 27th – Minis Sevens Competition Senior boys
March 2nd – First Confession Rehearsal at 11.30 am
March 4th – First Confession, Mullagh church, at 7 pm
March 16th & 17th – Closed on both days to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day
March 27th – School will close for Easter at 11.40 am
March 30th – April 10th – Easter Holidays. Return to school on April 13th
April 14th – Confirmation Retreat, Mullagh Pitch
April 21st – Confirmation Rehearsal, Mullagh Church at 9 am
April 24th – Confirmation. St. Mary’s Church, Mullagh at 11 am.
April 27th – School Closure. Day 2 Primary Curriculum Framework.
May 4th – Bank Holiday (Closed)
May 9th – First Holy Communion. St. Mary’s Church, Mullagh at 12 noon.
May 11th – 15th– Bike Week (More details to follow) Have your bikes ready!!
May 15th & 22nd – Cycle Right Cycle Training for 5th & 6th class (More details to follow)
May 29th – School Tour to UL Activity Centre, Killaloe for 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th pupils.
June 1st – Bank Holiday (Closed)
June 5th – Induction Day for new Junior Infants 9 – 11.40 am
June 9th – School Tour to Turoe Pet Farm, Loughrea for Juniors, Seniors, 1st & 2nd Class.
June 19th – School closes for the summer at 11:40 a.m.
